3 Bedroom Sea View Apartment in Luxury AMMA Resort, Čanj

The AMMA Resort envisages the construction of a luxury hotel InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts (5-star) and eight buildings, six of which are 6-floor and two of which are 3-floor buildings.

The resort is located in Čanj, a hidden gem of the Montenegrin coast, which is rapidly developing and changing its brand from a small tourist town to a luxury resort, which makes it an excellent investment for the future. It is located only 40 km from both airports (Tivat and Podgorica). On its "pearl coast", Čanj will soon have a 1.2 km long "Lungo Mare" promenade.

The complex is designed so that all units have an open view of the sea. The resort will be rich in sports-recreational and catering facilities - three swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, restaurants, spa centre, children's playground, beach restaurant and bar on the promenade.

AMMA Resort will manage, maintain and rent apartment units, in such a way that all common areas and systems, as well as all facilities, meet the requirements for a five-star hotel. By purchasing an apartment in AMMA Resort, you will get the opportunity to participate in the rental pool program, which is regulated by a separate contract on optional rental, and maintenance by a separate contract on management and maintenance. 

Prices vary depending on the building, number of floors and position of the apartment. The price does not include the furnishing of the apartment (according to the standards of a 5-star hotel), but the furnishing is the subject of a special offer and contract. 

The price of maintaining the apartment is 25€/m2 on an annual basis, and the price of maintaining the garage space is 12.5€/m2. 

The deadline for the completion of the 8 buildings is summer 2024, and the completion of the hotel is scheduled for May 2025.
